I thought I’d share a family favorite recipe with you.
Chocolate Pudding Fudge
1 pkg (8 squares) semi sweet baking choclate
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup water
1 pkg (4 serving size)chocolate instant pudding
3 cups powdered sugar
In a microwave safe bowl melt 4 of the chocolate squares, 6Tbsp of butter and water on high for 2 minutes; stir. Add dry pudding mix, stir until well blended.
Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring until well blended after each addition. Press into foil lined 8 sqare pan.
Microwave ramaining 4 chocolate squares and 2Tbsp butter in large microwaveable bowl on high 1 1/2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate 2hrs or until firm. Cut into 48(1 inch) sqaures.
This fudge is yummy but rich so a small piece is all you will need to satisfy your chocolate craving. My kids really love it and are always begging me to make more once it is gone.
